During the technical optimization phase, our team first updated the CMS WordPress and the necessary plugins, reconfiguring them after the version changes. A comprehensive set of hosting-side tasks was performed to ensure stable site operation following the update. They allow a significant amount of information to be displayed compactly, without overloading pages or requiring excessive scrolling. This approach ensures a comfortable interaction on both desktop and mobile devices, maintaining the balance between informativeness and ease of use.
Special attention was paid to building a logical and intuitive navigation system. The site structure was reviewed and optimized in accordance with user behavior patterns. Clear section separation, a well-thought-out menu, and internal linking allow users to quickly find the information they need, shortening the path to target actions. This had a positive impact on both the user experience and the overall effectiveness of the site.
As part of the project, HubSpot CRM integration was implemented. This allowed the automation of lead collection and processing, as well as ensuring effective interaction between the site and the sales team. Contact forms, requests, and other user touchpoints were connected to the CRM, providing centralized data storage and the ability to work with it further. As a result, the company gained a tool for systematic lead management and conversion improvement.
